They not only got to enjoy some yummy treats but also learned the names of different fruits in Italian - molto bene!????

Friday 14 June 2024 Year 6 Residential This week our Year 6 children had the best time on their school journey at Penshurst in Tonbridge, Kent, where they camped and engaged in bush craft activities. Miss Davis and I visited the children on Tuesday afternoon. They also had a very special visit from Mr Brockman on the Tuesday morning. Thank you to Miss Jamie for organising and to Mr Wood, Miss Zan and Miss James for camping with the children.

Wednesday 12 June 2024 Year 4 Art Project This week, Year 4 have had fun working on their ‘Art Delight Erika’ project. Creating a layered piece of art focusing on different tones and shades of one main colour. The artist promotes ‘uncomplicated art for joy’ and that is exactly what Year 4 are doing.

Friday 7 June 2024 World Ocean Day Today, it was lovely seeing everyone in a splash of blue to mark World Ocean Day. The children thoroughly enjoyed learning how to take care of our oceans and why they are so important. Year 2 created some fantastic ocean art work. Kimani in Year 2 ‘blew us away’ with his story telling, recycled top. He thought about the items such as plastic bags and bottle tops and how these items impact our oceans.
